The Senior Manager, Global Forecasting & Analytics will support forecasting/analytics and business planning and oversee market data across therapeutic areas, manage strategic development and contribute to future market analytics strategy. In addition, develop a standardized monthly forecasting and analytics platform for countries for business planning.

  • Create methodical and accurate Forecasting tools, models and a vision while providing leadership and guidance across global stakeholders and country commercial organizations that empowers country commercial teams.
  • Deliver year-over-year improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the forecast results and process
  • Ensure cross functional alignment
  • Provide an expertise in Forecasting and Business Planning with countries
  • Develop professional training and ensure continued capability development.
  • Ensure data integrity across all global and local stakeholders
  • Own and manage strategic platform post roll-out
  • Identify, in collaboration with CoE head, business issues and growth opportunities ahead of business reviews
  • Identify possible solutions /areas of improvements for countries in data reporting and quality
  • Automate manual data collection process
  • Coordinate with external vendors to manage data
  • Ensure rigorous improvement efforts are undertaken when key metrics are not met


Develop and implement optimal processes tools for:

  • ¬†Forecasting patient flows
  • ¬†Outputs to clearly reflect source of business, competitive landscape
  • Patient and market share forecasts
  • Own technical aspects of forecast and model development
  • Align forecasting process to business reviews
  • Ensure data integrity across therapeutic areas by setting market definitions and reviewing global and country data purchases
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years, or Master’s Degree (Statistics/Biostatistics, Mathematics, MBA) with 4+ years of pharma experience
  • 3+ years of Analytics OR Forecasting experience (US or Global)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Demonstrable evidence of multi-cultural sensitivity
  • Oncology OR Rare Disease experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience successfully leading global projects with tight timelines
  • High resilience and agility; creative in problem solving
  • Ability to drive complex enterprise wide change initiatives with executive level stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a performance mindset with strong personal accountability and ability to collaborate across geographic and functional boundaries.
